The Role

WildLand is continuing to establish itself as a serious voice offering a new style of hospitality. With growth across our regions and exciting projects continually in the pipeline, we are looking to further develop a culinary team of chefs as our multi-faceted hospitality portfolio, with the emphasis remaining on our food enhancing the wider experience within our stays.

To be a Chef in our team at WildLand is a sought-after experience. Set in stunning locations, with the world-renowned Scottish living larder at your disposal, we offer an inspiring work environment and lifestyle, which blends tradition and rich history with contemporary kitchens of the highest specification.

Who you are

• An ambitious junior chef with a desire to hone your skills in a contemporary, innovative and creative team.

• Currently a CDP

• Advantage having an experience in fine dining or high end venue.

• Someone who responds positively to short notice dining requests and special events.

• Passionate about your craft and be ingredient led in your cooking.

• A supportive team player who encourages others regardless of whether you join us for a summer or stay and grow with us long term.
