The Role
Your role as part of the Housekeeping Team is to help deliver a consistently high‑quality guest experience by maintaining immaculate standards throughout our properties. You will carry out daily housekeeping duties efficiently and collaboratively, contributing positively to the team at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily housekeeping operations throughout our Loch Ness properties
Maintain consistently high standards of presentation and attention to detail across all areas
Work in partnership with the wider WildLand teams to support and enhance the overall guest experience.
Be flexible and willing to support other departments when required to help meet operational needs.

Who you are
You will be a warm and professional individual with a strong focus on detail, ideally with previous experience in housekeeping. You will bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to contribute wherever needed to support a smooth and seamless experience.

Location: Aldourie Castle & Dores Inn on the beautiful shores of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week; permanent; full time.
Although public transport is available in the area, it does not align with some early and late shifts that are part of our normal rota patterns. As a result, access to reliable transport is required for commuting to and from work.
Please note that staff accommodation is not available for this role.
