The Role
In this role, you will support the housekeeping management team in delivering the highest quality Guest Experience. You’ll help organise daily operations, ensuring the department runs efficiently and smoothly. When needed, you will also deputise for the Head Housekeeper, guiding the team and upholding our exceptional service standards. Together with your team, you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, reflecting the behaviours of One Wildland Team and the One Wild Way
Key Responsibilities
Be a role model of WildLand Leadership and Teamwork.
Support the delivery of a consistently high standard housekeeping service to all our properties.
Actively participate in maintaining a productive, supportive way of working.
Align you and your Team with our People Ethos and Health & Safety requirements.
Partner with Front of House and Chef Team to enhance the overall guest experience.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Guest Experience.
Fulfil the Front of House function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.
Participate in the WildLand management systems and processes which support a sustainable business.

Who you are
You will be a warm and professional individual with proven experience in housekeeping and a strong focus on detail. You will take pride in ensuring every space is maintained to the highest standard, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. You will communicate clearly and work collaboratively, with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

Location: Aldourie Castle/ Dores Inn/ Clune farm on the beautiful shores of Loch Ness, Inverness-shire, Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week; permanent; full time
Due to the location of our Loch Ness properties, reliable personal transport is required. Please be advised that we are unable to offer staff accommodation for this role.
