The Role

Your role is to contribute to the Front of House Team to ensure the consistent delivery of the highest quality of Guest Experience. You will be responsible for delivering the daily front of house service and operations effectively and efficiently. As a team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.

Key Responsibilities

• You'll be a natural team player, always happy to help others.

• Provide guests with a consistency warm welcome, organic interactions and excellent service levels.

• Primarily cover early shifts, 7am - 3pm.

• Partner with housekeeping and chef teams to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Fulfil the housekeeping function as part of a flexible and adaptable team where required.

Location: Working across multiple Wildland sites throughout the Highlands of Scotland

Hours: 40 hours per week; permanent; full time or part time; flexible shift working patterns can be considered.
