The Role
WildLand is emerging as a new voice in hospitality,
We are continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as our multi-faceted hospitality portfolio continues to expand into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences. All whilst developing our unique food offering in our Sutherland region.

We take pleasure in finishing and serving our food to the discerning guests who choose to stay at WildLand, and we get the time to really excel at what we do. Our Chef team is a close knit, supportive group that is growing and is as committed to each other and to our health and wellness as we are to proving the best experiences for our small groups of discerning guests.
Your role is to develop the culinary experience aligned with the overall WildLand and Hope concept and brand, reflecting and integrating our Conservation ethos and story. You will work in partnership with the Sutherland and WildLand Culinary Team, recruiting and training the Hope Chef Team to deliver a consistently outstanding Guest Experience and work in collaboration with your culinary and Front of House colleagues. As a leader and team player you will demonstrate our values and align with our Purpose, Vision and Brand, as well as the behaviours of One WildLand Team and One Wild Way.

Who you are
- You may already have worked as a Head Chef or will be a Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step. Ideally your background will be in fine dining or perhaps as a private chef.
- You will have passion for your craft and respect for the ingredients you use.
- Naturally creative, you will enjoy variety and respond positively to changes or special events.
- An encouraging leader, you will bring the best out of the other team members.
