Location: Killiehuntly Farmhouse and Glenfeshie Lodge, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available on casual or permanent contracts.
Salary & benefits: 13.26 per hour plus tips and competitive benefits. Staff accommodation can be provided. 

The Role

You will work with an outstanding team to deliver a high-quality Front of House service to our Guests across our Cairngorm properties (Killiehuntly Farmhouse & cottages, Glenfeshie Lodge). You will cover a shift rota covering mornings to afternoons & afternoons to evenings across 7 days. We are looking for warm and friendly individuals who are willing to work both sides of the ‘house’, with the flexibility to cover housekeeping duties where required.

Our aim is to deliver unforgettable experiences, in beautiful places and who are transformed through the restorative power of nature.

Killiehuntly Farmhouse is a restorative place that is informal and cosy. Surrounded by stunning, ever-changing landscapes, it’s a haven of tranquillity and wildlife and a wonderful escape from everyday life.

WildLand offers a collection of exquisite cottages in the Cairngorms, each providing a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Designed to harmonize with their natural surroundings, these cottages range from cozy, intimate retreats perfect for couples to spacious, family-friendly lodges.

Glenfeshie Lodge presents itself at the most scenic location imaginable, overlooking the mountains at the far end of the glen and the salmon-rich River Feshie streaming by below, to the green ancient woodlands surrounding the lodge. Built to last for centuries, providing comfortable shelter and luxury accommodation, the lodge is a prime example of Scots Victorian architecture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be a WildLand team player, demonstrating our ethos and values at all times.
2. Deliver an exceptional level of Front of House service in all areas to ensure a seamless guest experience
3. Support the Housekeeping team as and when required.
4. Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
5. Support and actively contribute to our sustainability ethos and programmes.

Experience:

• Preferably experience in Front of House roles within high-quality or luxury venues, but full training will be provided.
