Location: Tongue, a tranquil village with stunning landscapes in the heart of Scotland's northern Highlands.
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available on casual or permanent contracts.
Salary & benefits: 13.26 per hour plus tips and competitive benefits. Staff accommodation can be provided. 

The Role

You will work with an outstanding team to deliver a high-quality Front of House service to our Guests across our North hospitality properties (Lundies House, Kinloch Lodge and Kyle Cottage). You will cover a shift rota covering mornings to afternoons & afternoons to evenings across 7 days. We are looking for warm and friendly individuals who are willing to work both sides of the ‘house’, with the flexibility to cover housekeeping duties where required.

Our aim is to deliver unforgettable experiences, in beautiful places and who are transformed through the restorative power of nature.

The Places

Lundies House is a former church manse, a house of rare quality and beauty, surrounded by the magnificent sea and landscape of the far north. Lovingly re-imagined as a boutique hotel, Lundies combines warm hospitality, delicious food, and contemporary design, to create a luxurious ‘home from home’ in the Scottish Highlands.

Kinloch Lodge is a restorative place is rich in all the ways that matter: with wild, ever-changing landscapes; and only the fauna to share them with. Explore all that the wild lands of Kinloch have to offer, then come home to a cosy, restful lodge surrounded by private woodland. It is truly a place where ‘the world can’t find you’.

Kyle House is a carefully designed escape for a couple or a solo adventurer. Set within a clearing in the rural north coast of Scotland, this converted cottage is in much demand as a retreat from the everyday. Clean, Danish design interacts with the wild landscape surrounding the cottage to make for a calm, quiet place.

Key Responsibilities

1. Be a WildLand team player, demonstrating our ethos and values at all times.
2. Deliver an exceptional level of Front of House service in all areas to ensure a seamless guest experience
3. Support the Housekeeping team as and when required.
4. Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
5. Support and actively contribute to our sustainability ethos and programmes.

Experience:

• Preferably experience in Front of House roles within high-quality or luxury venues, but full training will be provided.
